Qualified candidates for this position will have experience maintaining metrics, analyzing information and summarizing indicators to identify trends that adversely affect product quality and business performance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and communicate with departments on Non-Conformance / Corrective Action status. 
  • Lead and organize MRB (Material Review Board) activities.
  • Organize Corrective Action Review meetings, works with personnel to advance quality and efficiencies in manufacturing processes and to document responsibilities and progress updates.
  • Prepare performance metrics and quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including product, processes and corrective actions.
  • Track, respond, organize, and control of customer and internal non-conformances and report company performance metrics to management.
  • Assist document control department for maintaining document revision levels and release of new and revised company procedures, training forms and other documents for maintain document revision level configurations.
  • Perform required duties to check and calibrate a variety of precision mechanical and electrical measuring devices, instruments, gauges while maintaining required calibration frequency, schedules, and records.
  • Maintain records efficiently and accurately in time sensitive situations.



  • Bachelor’s degree (Associates degree may be permitted based on experience) with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) background desired.
  • Superior business analytic skills.
  • Root Cause Analysis experience.
  • Desired process control experience in a manufacturing environment with organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient working with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of QMS requirements for compliance with AS9100 QMS, aerospace, defense, regulatory and customer specifications.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical experience and ability to use light industrial testing equipment.
  • Organized with good time management skills.
  • Possess planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to comprehend simple and complex formulas for calculating measurement and probability errors.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) and present yourself in a professional manner.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a coordinator of a multi-departmental team to meet or exceed goals.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
