We have an immediate opening for a Test Operator at our growing Mesa Cable manufacturing facility. Successful candidates will have experience with electrical assemblies, soldering, or cable assemblies.

Summary

The Test Operator will perform required testing for cables. The Test Operator works closely with the Quality and Production team to identify functional problems and resolve problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical testing for VSWR, Insertion Loss, Phase, Time Delay, Capacitance

  • Perform standard Network Analyzer Calibration as needed

  • Perform In-Process and Final Testing

  • Create Test Data sheets

  • Manage Test Data

  • Support Production as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education

  • Previous work history in electro-mechanical testing and manufacturing (RF and/or microwave experience), strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with network analyzers

  • Experience in wire/cable harness manufacturing (38999 experience desired)
