Summary

The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to the HR Team and teammates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Administration
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Assist HR Administration to source candidates and update our data in DayForce.
  • Maintains employee records and files in accordance with state and federal laws

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Ability to make decisions involving client issues/problems
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
